Message from Ross Bacon
On January 6th we celebrated our 10 year anniversary as owners of Key Insulation. Wow, what a roller coaster ride it has been. We began working in an industry with zero experience and in a period of unprecedented growth in single family housing starts. A short two years later there was complete melt down in the housing industry and perhaps the greatest recession in our nation’s history.
God is good and prepared us with the experience, expertise and strength to take the turn of events head-on. We weathered the storm and came out on the other side stronger than ever. I suspect we are one of the few companies in the home building industry that has grown its revenue 350% from the levels achieved in 2005 and 2006.
With have an array of incredible home builders to keep us strong and always on our toes. Plus, we have Builders Energy Rater – a leader in the home energy certification business, multiple insulation product lines and several ancillary installed products to augment our primary business of insulating new homes.
Our ranks are filled from top to bottom with great people. All committed to high-performance homes done-right, on-time and left clean. And when all is said and done – it’s our people and the great suppliers and customers that make it all happen.
